Terms and conditions:

• The Participant cannot take part in any shows/exhibitions/launches/store promotions within the stipulated 1month time period, prior to THE BAZAAR, in the same city. The organizer holds the right to cancel the application if the rule is breached.
• As per the statutory requirement, 18 % GST has been charged. Rates mentioned aren’t subject to TDS deduction.
• GST certificate should be provided prior to the event.
• The booking will stand confirmed only when the filled in registration form with full payment is sent across within three working days from the day of confirmation. In case the filled in form isn’t sent in within the stipulated time, kindly note that the organizer will not be responsible for incorrect/misspelt Fascia names.
• Once the payment is made, if you cancel your participation there will be no refund 
• It is to the Organizer’s discretion to cancel participation at any stage owing to plagiarism/ misconduct/ breach of trust.
• Please note that the participation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• The placement of stalls is solely on the discretion of the organizer. The layout will be shared a week prior to the event and not open to suggestions.
• The organizers are not responsible for any loss incurred at the event by way of theft, shoplifting or other activities of such nature.
• The organizer will do their best for promoting the exhibitor; however they will not be responsible for the number of visitors at the exhibition, nature or quantity of sale during the exhibition or any such eventuality which reflect on the sales of the participant
• The marketing & promotion of participating exhibitors will be at the sole discretion of the Organizer based on the profile/timing of the exhibition 
• The Participant must make their own arrangement, at their own costs, for the following;
• For self and helpers travel & transportation.
• For any kind of help and assistance needed for display & sale of goods at venue. 
• It is advisable to bring in your own credit card machines
• The Participants are advised and requested to ensure before the exhibition to have a valid insurance policy covering theft and damage to property due to any circumstances, i.e. fire, transit etc.
• The participants are requested to comply any VAT, duties such as taxes, custom clearances, warehousing, Transportation formalities etc.
• Goods / materials / objects which are hazardous, inflammable, banned or deemed inappropriate by the Organizer will not be allowed at the Venue. 
• Organizers can terminate the contract with the participant in case of the following events;
• Payment of fees in whole by participant is not made 40 days before the exhibition.
• Participant does not show up in time specified for the exhibition.
• Payment for the extra fixtures needed in Stall, helpers etc. not made before start of Exhibition.   
• Participant cannot display any other products other than those mentioned in the application form.
• In case of any misbehaviour or unruly conduct by the participant, the Organizer has full right to cancel participation then and there and report the matter to Police.
• In case of a sudden rainfall/storm/fire or any other natural calamity which may affect the exhibition, the organizer will not be responsible for refund in full or part of the participation fee.
• The event is subject to Force Majeure clause.
• The Organizer has the right to add/delete or amend any of the terms & conditions noted above without prior intimation to the exhibitors. A copy of the latest terms & conditions will be available anytime upon request.
